Oumy Bruni Garrel

Oumy Bruni Garrel, born in Senegal in 2008, is a young performer in French cinema. She made her debut in 2018 in Valeria Bruni Tedeschi's film *The Summer House* (*Les Estivants*). She gained international attention with her leading role in *Neneh Superstar* (2022), in which she portrays an ambitious ballet student. This performance earned her a César Award nomination for Most Promising Actress in 2024. She also appeared in Catherine Corsini's drama *The Divide* (*La Fracture*, 2021), which was screened at the Cannes Film Festival.
