When Apollo, a gritty cricket with a big heart, arrives at the Village of the Little Bugs, it does not take him long to disturb the life of the kingdom, on the eve of the jubilee of the queen. Trapped in a plot hatched by Huguette, the queen's cousin, who aims for the throne, Apollo is accused of having kidnapped the sovereign. The latter is in reality a captive of the pests, enemies of the kingdom and accomplices of Huguette. Apollo, helped by Mireille the bee and his new friends, embarks on a perilous rescue mission. To free the queen and thwart the evil plans of the treacherous cousin, the small animals will face many dangers and will have to draw on their imagination.
