The Scarecrows

Immediately after returning home, Zina and Djo are imprisoned and Zina's two-year-old child is taken away from her. When Djo learns she is pregnant, she stubbornly keeps quiet, but describes the horrors she faced in Syria in a novel. To help the two on their hard and lengthy journey back to life, human rights lawyer Nadia and doctor Dora join forces with Driss, a young homosexual who is socially ostracized.
