The American actor Talia Ryder began her career on stage, performing as a teenager in the Broadway production of *Matilda the Musical*. She made her feature film debut in the critically acclaimed drama *Never Rarely Sometimes Always* (2020), which earned her a nomination at the Independent Spirit Awards. Subsequently, she appeared in Steven Spielberg's musical film adaptation *West Side Story* (2021) and the Netflix comedy *Do Revenge* (2022). Her more recent work includes the leading role in the film *The Sweet East* (2023), which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.
