Bill Camp is an American actor known for his versatility and strong character portrayals in film, television, and theater. He has built a reputation as a supporting actor with a significant range. Some of his notable film roles include parts in "Lincoln" (2012), directed by Steven Spielberg, where he played Mr. Jolly, and "12 Years a Slave" (2013), directed by Steve McQueen, where he played the role of a trader. He also appeared in "Loving" (2016), where he portrayed Frank Beazley, and in "Vice" (2018) as Gerald Ford Secretary. On television, Bill Camp received widespread acclaim for his role as Detective Dennis Box in the miniseries "The Night Of" (2016), which earned him a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie.
