Ava DuVernay

Ava DuVernay is an acclaimed American filmmaker known for her work as a director, screenwriter, and producer. She gained widespread recognition for her films, including "Selma" (2014), which earned her a Best Director Golden Globe nomination, and the documentary "13th" (2016), which received an Academy Award nomination.
