Red Chinese agents seek a top-secret African serum, rumored to be in the United States. American scientists, transporting the serum, are ambushed by the Chinese. Doctor Blake finds the serum and inject his arm with the liquid. The serum begins to devour Blake’s blood faster. In need of blood to stay alive, Blake transforms into a monster and descends into madness. Blake is eventually tracked down and killed by the police, after a speedboat chase.
