In Brussels, two teams of passionate teachers are in the process of realising their dream: to do school differently and give it new meaning. Driven by a shared desire for change, these teachers have set up and opened their own school. Some in Molenbeek with the Ecole Secondaire Plurielle Maritime. The others in Saint-Gilles with the Lycée Intégral Roger Lallemand. Although they are organised differently, what they have in common is that they are both state schools with an active teaching approach for all children, from all backgrounds. Two schools where we believe that this type of education is accessible to all. Social diversity, caring, democracy, solidarity, freedom of expression and questioning are the watchwords here. We're about to experience the second year in the life of these two schools, where we'll meet teachers and pupils who are happy and fulfilled, united around a bold and ambitious project.
