Tony and Jose are best friends and petty crooks, but tension strikes the duo when Jose falls for the rich Clemence and wants to go straight. Condé-sur-Ginette, on the outskirts of a large city, is a thousand miles away from warm sands, palm trees and the blue Caribbean sea. It's the summer. The sun is frying the chrome on mopeds, heating up the concrete towers, asphyxiating the halls of buildings and weighing on everybody's spirits. Everyone is dreaming of the beaches of Santo Rico, and some more than others. For Tony Merguez and José Frelate, the two MC's of the district, departure is imminent. But the travel agency responsible for their ticket mixed up their destination. Back to square one!
