Serhat Mustafa Kiliç

The Bielefeld-born director and screenwriter Serhat Mustafa Kiliç made his widely acclaimed feature film debut with *Clashing Differences* (2023). The film was created as part of his directing studies at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf and was selected as the opening film for the 44th Max Ophüls Prize Film Festival. His debut also earned him a nomination for the First Steps Award. He had previously directed the short film *Hisarya* (2020).
